Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kyrifix products, including Journal (iOS), Caption (macOS), and Dictionary (macOS). By using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. License and Access

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the apps for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.

2. App Store Terms

If you download an app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies unless we provide a custom EULA.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt to bypass subscription checks, reverse engineer the apps (except as permitted by law), or use the apps in violation of applicable laws.

5. Your Content

You are responsible for the content you create or store in the apps and for keeping your own backups. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Any wellness, mindfulness, or related features are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always seek professional medical guidance when needed.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and provide notice in the app when appropriate.
